A man was fatally shot in the chest and another in the buttocks outside a Bronx apartment building Saturday, police said.

The double-shooting occurred at about 5 p.m. at 1460 Macombs Road in Mount Eden.

Police found a 46-year-old man outside the building suffering from a gunshot wound to the buttocks.

EMS rushed him to the NYC Health + Hospitals/Lincoln to be treated for his non-life threatening wounds.

A 32-year-old man who fled the scene before cops arrived later showed up at the BronxCare Health System with a bullet wound to his chest.

He later died from his injuries, according to police.

Authorities said the two shootings were linked, but the circumstances surrounding what unfolded wasn’t immediately clear.
