A teen was shot and killed in Harlem Tuesday afternoon, cops said.

The latest act of gun violence involving city youths happened just before 3:30 p.m. on West 132 Street near Lenox Avenue, according to cops.

The 17-year-old victim was shot in the chest, and he was dead by the time EMS rushed him to Harlem Hospital, police said.

Nearly two dozen kids have died this year in a spike of street violence in the Big Apple.
